Description:
wpc gallery profile production line mainly use pe wpc outside deck floor machine can extrude overall plate and other construction plates as well. it adopts wpc sepcialized twin/single screw extruder , and it can be equipped with auxiliary machines like corresponding vacuum forming table , haul-off, transverse cutter and stirring up platform.
it can make various wpc products by changing mould with diffferent specification. With the unique technology of our company , haul-off gain stable performance and strong traction force. In order to meet the wide size characteristics of door plate, special large sized swirl cooling system is used in vacuum forming . Transverse cutting machine keeps space with plate and it can cut product automatically with reasonable design and stable performance.
